Today was spent taking some pics of the leaves and the colors beautifying the area, found a lake in the woods, very pretty surroundings. Also working on my own self portrait series. Boring I know but whats a guy to do, have to have someone model for me and get the pics noticed, why not pose myself. Then when someone asks, who took those pics? hehehhe, well you know the rest of the story, its bait to get someone else in front of the camera....hope it works...if not, its back to the drawing board.

Sunday, a day in the park, looking for a nice scenic subject that will bring out the most colors of fall in the background, I find a area close to the lake. As I pull in, I notice a couple over on the rocks, the guy is photographying a beautiful young lady. I watch as he positions her in the photograph, and wonder, why didnt he use the bright colors of the trees to shoot as the backdrop instead of the darkest area he could find that had no appealing feature for the photo. All of his shots of her were in the same boring location. Then they are done. And as the walk back to the car, he is trying to share the photo with her, its pretty obvious that she doesnt like them by her reaction.
Then as they walk by, she glances my direction, wow, her eyes, her face, everything about her is of absolute beauty. Her eyes catch mine as if she is not only saying hi, but what else....a smile forms as she walks by, they get into the car, another glancing smile in my direction as they pull away. Who was this beauty, I am hoping I see her again in this location, just once is all, maybe more....I want her in my camera lens delivering all her beauty just for me.

Today has been kind of rough here at work, so to ease my mind, I must get out of here and get some relazing work done with my cameras. Maybe some wildlife along the walking trails in the park will facinate me. but, even better relaxation would be to have a stunning model to accompany me for a one hour shoot with natural fall colors as the background...
